How it all began

We adopted our dog Toby in 2012 and quickly realized our need for a backyard fence. Our budget was too tight to purchase one. We couldn’t hire a company to install one, and even the do-it-yourself prefabricated kits from the big box stores were out of our budget.

Putting our combined creativity and ingenuity to work, we started working with recycled pallets from local businesses, reclaiming the best boards and designing a picket fence for our backyard. Our perseverance paid off big time. Our finished picket fence was beautiful, worked within our tight budget, and allowed us to fully enjoy our yard with our pup.
We have spent the last few years improving our original model and now have an amazing modular design that allows for a dig-free installation and semi-permanence that can be removed and rearranged over time. Our pre-assembled fences come standard as 50” wide panels that can be made 3’ or 4’ high. These panels work best across flat property with little to no hills. If your property has hills or steep grades, we can create standard pickets for you to set upon rails. Our modular fence design cannot be racked for hills or steep grades at this time.

Upon cleaning our workshop in 2016 we realized just how much scrap wood and cast off boards we had collected while building these fences. We used to burn most of our scraps - until ingenuity stepped in once again. Combining our love for rustic furniture and home decor, we put our heads together and came up with a few new ideas of how we could re-purpose our already re-purposed wood. That’s when the letter blocks and garlands began. Our jewelry and PalletWood Pendants Collection began soon after. Our creativity never sleeps, so we are constantly thinking of new things!
